Welcome to the all-new New Business, Next Steps: Mastermind Group that takes place each week on Blab. This is how it works:
Step 1: We invite a business owner in to chair 3 of the Blab, and ask them to present their most pressing challenge to the group.
Step 2: We invite people to write questions in the comments box, or jump into chair 4. These questions are to gain greater clarity of the challenge, rather than "have you tried this...".
Step 3: Once we've completed the questioning, we then invite people to comment or join the blab, and offer solutions to the challenge. Irrelevant whether the solution has been tried before, this is meant to be "If this was my problem, I...."
This is then repeated for the allotted hour. Then, the following week, we invite the people who have had their challenge dealt with to come back and tell us how their week went.
It is a fantastical, non-judgemental way to offer genuine support to a business, based solely on experience rather than sales pitches.
